Materials

      Pot.
      Stove.
      Test tube or measure glass.
      Filter.
      Funnel.
 
Compounds

      Milk.
      Vinegar (acetic acid).
 

 
Procedure

     1. Heat half liter of milk in a pot, without boiling it. (the amount of milk can be measured with a kitchen graduate glass)

     2. Pour 50 ml of vinegar to the milk and stirre well the solution. You will verify the formation of white flakes in the milk. (this white substance is a protein called casein)

     3. Filter the heterogeneous mixture of milk and casein. (the filtration can be made with paper filter)

     4. Recover the solid deposited in the filter paper scraping the paper with a spatula or spoon.

     5. Compress the casein in a mold and let it to harden. Now you have a natural plastic with the shape that you have chosen!
